Il nostro b&b si trova in una zona immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità a metà strada fra Ostia Lido e Roma Eur a soli 15 min. dall'aeroporto di Fiumicino. Un comodo autobus che raggiunge Roma e la metropolitana in circa 20 min. si trova a pochi metri da noi. Nei dintorni non mancano negozi,supermercato,ristoranti e centri sportivi.Da visitare a pochi chilometri gli scavi di Ostia Antica,il borgo medievale con il suo castello di Giulio II,la Villa di Plinio e la città balneare di Ostia Lido.

Vi ospiteremo in una grande villa con giardino e parco privato,inoltre potrete rilassarvi nell'ampio salone con caminetto,TV-sat,stereo o sotto al gazebo dove nella bella stagione serviamo un'abbondante prima colazione di tipo continentale. Possibilità di parcheggio interno.Forniamo informazioni turistiche e materiale informativo.Parliamo inglese e francese.

Our b&b is located in a green and quiet zone between Ostia Lido and Roma Eur at only 15 min.from Fiumicino airport.A bus to Rome and its undergound is at few meters from the house.You can find also many shops,supermarket,restaurants and sports areas. We suggest you to visit around here the ancient city of Ostia Antica with the castle and medieval village, the house of Plinio and Ostia Lido on the coast at only 8 kmts from us.

You will stay in our big country house with private garden and a park. For your relax a large living room with fireplace,TV-sat, HI-FI or the gazebo where we serve a delicous continental breakfast during the nice season. We give turist informations,maps and brochures,we speak english and french.Private parking on request.

Disponiamo di una camera a due letti con servizi privati, asciugacapelli,box doccia. La camera,arredata con cura e molto luminosa ha un grande balcone che affaccia sul giardino. La seconda camera si trova nel piano mansarda- to a completa disposizione degli ospiti con una grande terrazza panoramica,salotto con TV e radio, bagno con doccia.Oltre alla camera matrimoniale è possibile usufruire di un divano letto nel salottino.

One double room with 2 singles beds,private bathroom hairdryer and shower-box.The bedroom has a nice large balcony overlooking the garden. The second room is located at the last floor "under the stars" completly reserved to our guests with panoramic terrace,drawing room with TV color and radio, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. An additional bed can be placed in the drawing room.
