The following manual and electric units, were designed
exclusively to be used as downriggers. The strong reel,
the side rod holder and the automatic stop (avalaible on
some of the bigger units only) make this units very user
friendly, unmatched and necessary for downrigger
fishing. On all of them the counter can be added.
XL 901: This is the
entry level electric downrigger of our line. It includes
the side rod holder, however many accessories and rods
can be added upon request.
XL 95 SUPER:
Powerful and low in consumption includes a built in speed
regulator and battery charge indicator.
XL 96 SUPER:
Powerful and efficient includes a built in speed
regulator a quick start/stop button, a battery charge
indicator, the automatic stop and the adjustable side rod
holder. Several rods and mounting brackets are available.
XL 97 SUPER: This
unit is equipped like the XL 96 Super and has a more
powerful motor. Any down rigger weight can be easily and
quickly retrieved. Many downrigger rods can be used
including the telescopic boom CR/TE
XL 902: Economical
version of the XL 97. It is equipped with the more
powerful motor of the XL 97. It includes the adjustable
side rod holder and the automatic stop.
