Short description of this site
We describe life in an italian classroom in the
years: 1992/1997, when students are from 14 to 18.
This class was in the course C of a Scientific
school of Matera, a town of 60,000 inhabitants in
the south of Italy. This is a way to remember
school years and to keep in touch each other.
So you can find class-photos of the 5 years,
funny episodes of students and teachers,
description of class travel in Tuscany with
photos, news from Corso C, VoteCaster about
school year, GuestBook with messagges of
students and people, and much more...
We have not pages in English, but you can see
with no difficulty the photos of the 5 years, and
you can also sign GuestBook. We are sorry, but
all pages are wrote in italian!

Italian Ministry of Public Education
Info about Matera
Matera is one of the most original
city in the world and is enlisted in the
UNESCO World heritage list. His ancient
part, called "Sassi", has been always
inhabited from Man, and houses, churches,
gardens and roads aren't built,
but carved on the rock.
In fact Sassi are on a deep rave,
similar to a canyon.
Nowadays nobody lives in Sassi (it's
better to say only few people, but
some decades ago 20,000 persons
lived there). When in the night
you see it, lights of Sassi
seems to be a sky full of stars...
