Sergio Luzzini and Luigi Meroni have been working on nature photography for over ten years. In fact, in 1985 they started out on this experience separately and two years later their encounter led to a close collaboration, which was not long in yelding its fruit.Since then they have worked whit important magazines ("Airone","Oasis","Natura Mundi","Ali Natura","Vie del Mondo", "Specchio", "Bell'Italia", "Tuttifotografi", and abroad "Birdwatching", "Birds Illustrated and the German "Fotografie Draußen")

and they have received significant awards in national and international competitions ("Photo-Duracell" Competition 1990; they were finalist in the most important world competition of nature photography, the "Wildlife Photograph of the Year" 1991 edition; they received the Judges' Special Award in the "Airone-Fuji Film Euro Press Photo World Awards" Competition 1994 edition). |

Besides this, they have taken part in producing nature books with some of amongst the most umportant Italian editors in this field:Atlas of nesting birds of the Varese Province (LATIVA, 1989); AFNI Annuals (1991 and 1992), The Brabbia Marshland (Pubblinova Edizioni Negri, 1992); The Po Delta (Musumeci, 1994); Coastal Wetlands (Musumeci, 1994); Nature in Lombardy (Musumeci, 1994); Lombardy Land of Work (White Star, 1994); Birdwatching (White Star, 1995). They have also produced calendars and albums on a national scale, as well as audiovisual ad photographic exhibitions in many Italian cities. |

| Their photographs form part of the LIPU (Italian League for the Protection of Birds) archives. In 1993 they published the photography book The Ticino Park - Focus on nature in 1995 Album-Nature photography shots and in 1997 What the Po reveals for Pubblinova Edizioni Negri. | ||
