As you know our body works by electric-exchanges. Inside brain and spinal-column (where the cerebro-spinal fluid is conteined) the information from outside to inside, and the orders from the brain to the muscles and organs move by electric-exchanges all over the nervous-sistem which controls our movements, our sensations, our organs, in a word...our life!

Call it energy, prana, electro-magnetic fields, vibration or whatever, your goal is to rebalance it.

Infact when you are down, tired or in a bad mood you feel like to have low-battery to refill; on the contrary, when you're anxious or stressed your battery are over-load.

This lack of balance is cause of illness, organs affection, depression, psico-somatic problems.

So take care of your health and...rebalance.
