Merci pour tout Roberto. Pour votre accueil, très chaleureux et nous voudrions bien nous exprimer aussi bien que vous en français, mais en italien ! L\'appartement pour les 6 personnes que nous étions, est très agréable et spacieux. Le temps magnifique que nous avons eu (6 au 13 sept 2008) nous a permi d\'y manger du matin au soir. Nous avons aprécié également le petit jardin avec pelouse. Nous étions très au calme malgré la proximité du quartier populaire et très vivant de la via Garibaldi. Tous les commerces (excellente boucherie,boulangerie, légumes frais sur le bateau, trois stations de vaporetto (Giardini, Arsenal et San Pietro) ce qui permet d\'aller un peu partout sans passer par San Marco qui est très peuplé de touristes... Nous garderons pour toujours un merveilleux souvenir de la balade en bateau (2h15 dans tout Venise) et surtout de vos commentaires. Nous recommandons sincèrement votre appartement, et qui sait reviendrons nous un jour ...!!!

Agréable séjour à Venise, appartement confortable(dommâge que la salle d\'eau soit petite), proche du centre (3 stations de vaporetto ou 20 mn à pied), 10 mn de vaporetto pour le Lido et 30 mn de Murano (station de vaporetto juste derrière l\'appartement). Commerces et resto à proximité sur la Via Garibalbi. Et surtout, très bien accueilli par Roberto, s\'exprime très bien en français, profitez de faire une sortie bateau avec lui, c\'est super!

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno nel vostro appartamento : il posto è tranquillo, vicino del vaporetto e presso i negozi per fare la spesa. Per cio che riguarda l\'appartamento : è ben concepito, non manca niente. L\'accoglienza è molto simpatica. Un indirizzo da raccommandare.

Nous étions 7 adultes et pas de problémes d\'espaces.L\'appartement est situé a une minutes des commerces se qui est magnifique. Nous reviendrons.

The stay at San Gioacchino was very nice; the small studio has everything and as it was already October we didn\'t enjoy the garden but it must be very nice to take your B\'fast there in the summer.The landlord who speaks very French very well is very welcoming. Wonderful stay and we might come again.

great apartment, very clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen for self catering. convenient to all amentities with great shops for local produce nearby. highly recommended

We have had a great time in Venezia, the apartment was great and in a fantastic location. We fell in love with San Pietro! It is so close to everything- especially the giardini which was useful during the Bienale! The neighbourhood makes you feel you are part of everyday life, the best way to feel during a short holiday. Nous avons été accueillis dans les meilleures conditions par des personnes très disponibles et sympathiques. L\'appartement est agréable et se situe dans un quartier calme et paisible de Venise ce qui est fort appréciable.

We had a very nice vacation! We love the Castello distric verry much and also the shops, restaurants and bars at the via Garribaldi. The appartment is very cosy and it\'s wonderfull to be able to sit outside. And of course were very well received by Martha, Roberto and Marco.We will be coming back!
