DRIVING MR. KUBRICK: EMILIO D'ALESSANDRO, Kubrick’s driver form Cassino (Italy) speaks about his deep friendship with the genius.

 

PHOTOGRAPH(Y): Look magazine’s first Kubrick’s Photos: John Baxter (biographer) and Larry Smith (Director of Photography for “Eyes wide shut”) tell us something about them and about his profound technical filmmaking knowledge.

 

SET DESIGNERS: Roy Walker and Ken Adam, the set designers of “Barry Lyndon”, Doctor Strangelove”, “Shining” and “Eyes wide shut”.

UNCONVENTIONAL ACTORS: This is the 5th episode that the Stanley and us Project dedicates to Stanley Kubrick’ actors: after Malcolm Mc Dowell (“A clockwork orange”), Philip Stone (“A clockwork orange”, “Barry Lyndon” and “The shining”), Murray Melvin (“Barry Lyndon”), Rade Sherbedja (“Eyes wide shut”) this time is the turn of  David Prowse (“A clockwork orange”) and Dominic Savage (“Barry Lyndon”).
