THE SUNSHINE IN MY HEART - JADE
JADE, il cui nome vero e completo è GIADA MALAGUTI, studia Arte,
Musica, Modelling e Teatro, parallelamente a corsi più formali in
pedagogia e vive a Ferrara, dove conduce una carriera professionale
in musica e televisione.
La canzone THE SUNSHINE IN MY HEART viene composta da due famosi
Autori-Compositori, VINCE TEMPERA e TONY LABRIOLA, ben noti nella
musica pop Italiana: il primo, Vince Tempera, per la sua lunga
collaborazione con Francesco Guccini, Concato e Grignani, nonché per
una lunga carriera zeppa di successi come Autore, direttore di Orchestra,
a Sanremo e in trasmissioni televisive, arrangiatore e strumentista
di grande talento.
Il secondo, Tony Labriola, chitarrista e cantante, anche lui con
grandi successi al suo attivo come Autore ed Arrangiatore, vincitore
di Dischi di Platino con sue produzioni nei mercati Americani di
lingua Spagnola.
JADE venne chiamata a cantare un provino della canzone The sunshine
in my heart, che era stata scritta in Inglese per una importante
cantante Ispano-Americana; ma la sua interpretazione risulta così
convincente per gli Autori, che essi decisero di tenere la canzone per
la stessa Jade e di lanciarla sui mercati internazionali.
Parallelamente alla versione originale, una delicata ballata pop che
ricorda le interpretazioni di Celine Dion, viene effettuato anche un
re-mix per discoteca, ad opera di Lucio Boiardi, una versione dance
commerciale e ballabile che nulla perde della sua sensibilità
originale.
Alla versione in lingua inglese viene affiancata, a questo punto, una
versione in Italiano, composta da un altro grande Autore, DANILO AMERIO.
Il Manager e Produttore Michele Milani affida la pubblicazione del
CD-singolo alla etichetta Bumshiva Music, per la distribuzione SELF,
specializzata in questo settore. La versione radio-dance riscuote un
immediato successo radiofonico, mentre il maxi-single in vinile
comincia a girare nelle discoteche.
Il disco, pubblicato nel gennaio 2000, viene presentato da Luigi Fedele
della Bumshiva Music al MIDEM di Cannes, importante
manifestazione internazionale del settore musicale, con ottimi
riscontri, e presto pubblicato in altri Paesi del mondo.
Non male per la prima esperienza discografica della giovanissima JADE,
che sta attualmente presentando il suo disco dal vivo in
importanti discoteche ed emittenti radiofoniche, con grande successo !

JADE, whose real name is GIADA MALAGUTI, studies Art,
Music, Modelling and Theatre, at the same time she attends more
formal courses of pedagogy and she lives in Ferrara, where she
carries on a professional carreer in music and television.
The song THE SUNSHINE IN MY HEART was composed by two famous
Authors-Composers, VINCE TEMPERA and TONY LABRIOLA, well known in
Italian pop music: the first, Vince Tempera, for his long collaboration
with Francesco Guccini, Concato and Grignani, also for a long carreer
full of hits as a Composer, Orchestra director in Sanremo Festival and
in several TV-emissions, arranger and musician of great talent.
The second, Tony Labriola, guitar player and singer, himself a
hit-maker as Composer and arranger, winner of Platinum Discs with his
productions in the Spanish-speaking markets of America.
JADE was called to sing, as a "session singer", a demo of the song
"The sunshine in my heart", which had been written in English for a
famous Latin-American singer; but her interpretation was so convincing
for the Authors, that they decided to keep the song for Jade herself
and to launch her in the international markets.
At the same time as the original version, a delicate pop ballad that
reminds of some Celine Dion interpretations, a disco re-mix is done by
Lucio Boiardi, a commercial dance version which loses nothing of the
original sensibility.
At this point, another important name in Italian pop music,
DANILO AMERIO, writes the lyrics for the Italian version of the song.
The Manager and Producer Michele Milani entrusts the release of the
CD-single to Bumshiva Music label, distributed by SELF for Italy.
The radio-dance version gets an immediate success in private radios,
while the vinyl maxi-single starts turning in discotheques.
The record, released in January 2000, is introduced by Bumshiva Music's
Int'l Manager Luigi Fedele at Cannes' MIDEM di Cannes, the most
important international music convention and show, with good results,
soon to be released in other countries.
Not too bad for the first recording experience of young JADE, who is
currently performing her record "live" in a tour of important
discotheques and radio stations, with great success !
