Weekly rent prices per apartment (max 4 people) in Euro(*)

^(*)Water, heating, gas, light included.

Supplementary tax: 

                     - 10€/pax/week for sheets

                     - 20€/pax/typical Romanian dinner (on request)

                     - 25€ for final cleaning (obligatory)

                     - 40€/week for 5^th childbed

Booking period: a minimum of one week, from Saturday to Saturday (week divided on request)

Check-in : after 14:00 p.m. (on Saturday).

Check-out: after 10:00 a.m. (on Saturday).

Luggage deposit available.

Means of payment: international telegraph or postal money-order; bank transfer.

To confirm a booking, 25% of the total amount must be paid as earnest money; the rest will be paid within the seven days preceding the departure, otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
